Before the death of David Wilkerson those willing to hear what the Spirit of the Lord had to say heard much. One thing David Wilkerson spoke on was the sin factor. And as for myself I tend to think that his driving home this message was not off base whatsoever.
Allow me to explain:
In the book of Romans it is written that "The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life." Romans 6:23
Please note that it does not say the wages of unbelief it says the wages of sin.
I do believe that if you were to even attend a Billy Graham meeting that even he would tell you what I am about to tell you.
If you tried to get into heaven with any sin in your life as you stood before Him He would say, "Depart from me I never knew you." But those freed from the bondage of sin would be let into the kingdom of God because their names are written down in the book of life.
Perhaps its time, no past time, for the ministers who stand in our pulpits in this day and age to do something bold: sit back and hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying through the late David Wilkerson. I don't think the late David Wilkerson or Leonard Ravenhill, or Charles Spurgeon are far off base.
"For the wages of sin is death. But the gift if God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord"
Choose ye this day life over death! Do so before it is to late for today is the acceptable day for your salvation. Which will you choose?
